Delete my account

You can ask us to delete your NGO Nest account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@ngonest.in from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your name and contact details, app sign-in tokens, and your links to memberships and school records.

What may be kept

Records an NGO must keep by law, such as donation receipts issued under Section 80G, are kept without your personal sign-in. Each NGO also holds its own member, donor and student records; ask the NGO directly to remove those, or tell us and we will pass the request on.
